Toyota Noah Welfare Van

Toyota Noah Welfare Van capacity covers seats up to 5 passengers. It is a special-purpose vehicle customized to accommodate wheelchairs and stretchers for welfare use.

The vehicle is boarded from the rear via a ramp. When getting in and out of the vehicle, the slope is set about 10 cm lower than usual, which makes the slope more gradual and less stressful for boarding passengers.

The interior is designed to be spacious. There are a total of three passenger seating patterns.

A. Base ride fees can be found in our vehicle reservation system. The first ride fee is a package fee that includes a pick-up fee, the first ride Passenger Fare(up to 1.1 km), and a boarding and alighting assistance fee. However, the fee for the Passenger Farepart varies depending on the distance to the destination and the time required. If you would like a specific estimate in advance for a ride beyond the first ride distance (up to 1.1 km), please use the inquiry form or call us for confirmation.

A. In addition to the mileage-based passenger fare using a cab meter, we also offer a charter (time-based fare) fare system. The fee structure is based on an hourly rate for the first hour and then in 30-minute increments. The first hourly quotation can be found in our reservation system.

A. If you know exactly when you want us to pick you up, you can make separate appointments for going and returning. If the end time is not clear, such as a hospital visit, a standby is possible, but it will cost time Passenger Fare.

A. These cabs are classified as "limited welfare transportation operators (vehicles)" under the law. (適用範囲)
第1条当社の経営する一般乗用旅客自動車運送事業に関する運送契約は、この運送約款の定めるところにより、この運送約款に定めのない事項については、法令の定めるところ又は一般の慣習によります。
2 当社がこの運送約款の趣旨及び法令に反しない範囲でこの運送約款の一部条項について特約に応じたときは、当該条項の定めにかかわらず、その特約によります。
(係員の指示)
第2条旅客は、当社の運転者その他の係員が運送の安全確保のために行う職務上の指示に従わなければなりません。
(運送の引受け)
第3条当社は、次条又は第4条の2第2項の規定により運送の引受け又は継続を拒絶する場合を除いて、旅客の運送を引き受けます。
(運送の引受け及び継続の拒絶)
第4条当社は、次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合には、運送の引受け又は継続を拒絶することがあります。
(1)当該運送の申込みがこの運送約款によらないものであるとき。
(2)当該運送に適する設備がないとき。
(3)当該運送に関し、申込者から特別な負担を求められたとき。
(4)当該運送が法令の規定又は公の秩序若しくは善良の風俗に反するものであるとき。
(5)天災その他やむを得ない事由による運送上の支障があるとき。
(6)旅客が乗務員の旅客自動車運送事業運輸規則の規定に基づいて行う措置に従わないとき。
(7)旅客が旅客自動車運送事業運輸規則の規定により持込みを禁止された物品を携帯しているとき。
(8)旅客が行先を明瞭に告げられないほど又は人の助けなくしては歩行が困難なほど泥酔しているとき。
(9)旅客が車内を汚染するおそれがある不潔な服装をしているとき。
(10)旅客が付添人を伴わない重病者であるとき。
(11)旅客が感染症の予防及び感染症の患者に対する医療に関する法律による一類感染症、二類感染症、新型インフルエンザ等感染症若しくは指定感染症(入院を必要とするものに限る。)の患者(これらの患者とみなされる者を含む。)又は新感染症の所見のある者であるとき。
第4条の2 当社の禁煙車両(禁煙車である旨を表示した車両をいう。次項において同じ。)内では、旅客は喫煙を差し控えていただきます。
2 旅客が当社の禁煙車両内で喫煙し、又は喫煙しようとしている場合、運転者は喫煙を中止するように求めることができ、旅客がこの求めに応じない場合には、運送の引受け又は継続を拒絶することがあります。
(運賃及び料金)
第5条当社が収受する運賃及び料金は、旅客の乗車時において地方運輸局長の認可を受け、又は地方運輸局長に届出をして実施しているものによります。
2 前項の運賃及び料金は、時間貸しの契約をした場合を除いて、運賃料金メーター器の表示額によります。
(運賃及び料金の収受)
第6条当社は、旅客の下車の際に運賃及び料金の支払いを求めます。
(旅客に対する責任)
第7条当社は、当社の自動車の運行によって、旅客の生命又は身体を害したときは、これによって生じた損害を賠償する責に任じます。ただし、当社及び当社の係員が自動車の運行に関し注意を怠らなかったと、当該旅客又は当社の係員以外の第三者に故意又は過失のあったこと並びに自動車に構造上の欠陥又は機能の障害がなかったことを証明したときは、この限りでありません。
2 前項の場合において、当社の旅客に対する責任は、旅客の乗車のときに始まり、下車をもって終ります。
第8条当社は、前条によるほか、その運送に関し旅客が受けた損害を賠償する責に任じます。ただし、当社及び当社の係員が運送に関し注意を怠らなかったことを証明したときは、この限りではありません。
第9条当社は、天災その他当社の責に帰することができない事由により、輸送の安全の確保のため一時的に運行中止その他の措置をしたときは、これによって旅客が受けた損害を賠償する責に任じません。
(旅客の責任)
第10条当社は、旅客の故意若しくは過失により又は旅客が法令若しくはこの運送約款の規定を守らないことにより当社が損害を受けたときは、その旅客に対し、その損害の賠償を求めます。

Flow of Reservation

1. Question and advice (free of charge)

Reservations are required. Please contact us by phone or inquiry form. If you have any questions regarding assistance for getting in and out of the car, or if you would like to inquire about the service, please contact us. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about our services or if the pick-up location is outside of Minami-ku, Isogo-ku, Naka-ku, Nishi-ku, Konan-ku, Totsuka-ku, or Hodogaya-ku in Yokohama City. Please feel free to contact us. Please let us know if you need an estimate.

2. Confirmation of availability (free of charge)

Once you have decided on the date and time of your scheduled trip, please check the available time slots by clicking on the "Check Time Slots" button at the top of the screen. By pressing the button, you will be connected to the reservation system, where you can check the time slots for the next 90 days and the price required to arrange a car pickup at any time. Please call us if you are in a hurry or if your pick-up location is not in Minami-ku, Isogoi-ku, Naka-ku, Nishi-ku, Konan-ku, Totsuka-ku, or Hodogaya-ku of Yokohama City.

・Push the "Check dispatch time slot" button at the top of the screen and confirm that your desired time slot is available from the schedule selection table (Please think of the time slot as the time of day when the departure time from the pick-up location applies)
・Select your desired time slot (at this point, you can choose the convenience service as an option). (You can also choose a convenience service as an option at this point)

Press the "Proceed with Reservation" button to proceed with the reservation.

Enter the name, e-mail address, and phone number of the person making the payment, as well as information such as pick-up location and specific arrival time in the "Simple Questionnaire" and click the "Confirm" button.

The payment of fees (reservation fee, pick-up fee, basic fare, basic Boarding assistancefee, etc.) will be made at the same time as the reservation.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide when your reservation is complete.

The system instantly blocks the reserved time slot so that no other reservations can be made (and the block is automatically removed in the event of cancellation).

The driver's cell phone will be connected to the office or driver's cell phone, and you will tell the driver where and when you would like to be picked up.

We will tell you to confirm your reservation over the phone.

The time slots reserved by phone are also reflected and blocked in the schedule selection table in the "Check Time Slots" section, so no other reservations will be made.

All payments for Service Feeswill be settled on-site.

4. pick-up

We will pick you up at the time and place you have reserved. Please be advised that for those who book online, the additional fare will be paid locally.

5. cancel

Cancellations for online reservations may be made with a full refund up to 3 hours prior to pick-up time by clicking on the link in the confirmation email sent at the time of reservation. Cancellations made less than 3 hours prior to pick-up time will be subject to a cancellation fee in accordance with our cancellation policy, regardless of whether the reservation was made online or by phone.
